Freestanding homes are completely separate from other houses.

Pros:

  • They usually have more space, both indoors and outdoors
  • It’s easier to make changes or renovations if you want to
  • They usually have more privacy.

Cons:

  • They’re usually more expensive than other options
  • Freestanding houses require more maintenance (which involves time and money).
