We all face challenges in our lives. For some, an unexpected event can cause a big change to our circumstances. For others, increases in the cost of living can make it hard to make ends meet.

If you’re under financial pressure, talking to someone knowledgeable can make a big difference. We understand everyone’s situation is unique and personal. We’ll sit down with you and listen, so we can understand your circumstances. Then we can talk you through what options you may have and what you can do.

For example:

  • If you’re feeling like your finances are out of control, we may be able to help you create or review your budget so you can get them back under control again. We may also be able to help you with ways to manage your money better.
  • If you’re struggling to make loan or mortgage repayments, we may be able to help you restructure your lending to make things more manageable.

If you require assistance or would like more information, please contact our Customer Connect Team on 0800 108 818. Alternatively you can call your Banking Consultant/Relationship Manager or just come in and talk to us at any branch of The National Bank. It’s all part of the service.
